1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a form, requesting information, booking services, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with Amuri – Cucina Italiana (“Amuri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our website or services.

2) Services
Amuri provides authentic Italian catering, private dining experiences, pop-ups, events, food preparation, and related services. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance by Amuri. Submitting an inquiry or form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3) Inquiries, Quotes & Bookings

• All quotes are estimates and non-binding until confirmed in writing.
• Pricing, menus, availability, staffing, and event details may change until a booking is finalized.
• A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure a date.
• Amuri reserves the right to accept or decline any request at its sole discretion.

4) Payments

• Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
• Amuri does not store full credit card numbers.
• Deposits, balances, and payment schedules will be outlined in your booking agreement.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits may be non-refundable.

5) Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and modification policies are defined in your individual service agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

• Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full charges.
• Changes to guest count, menu, timing, or event scope may affect pricing.
• Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of deposits.

6) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
• Ensure venue access, permits, utilities, and compliance where required.
• Disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requirements.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, vendors, and guests.

Amuri is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

7) Photography, Video & Media Release
By engaging Amuri for an event or service, you acknowledge and agree that Amuri may photograph or record video/audio during events for documentation, marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes.

• Images or footage may include food, setup, staff, venue, and attendees.
• No compensation is owed for the use of such materials.
• Media may be used on websites, social media, advertising, and printed materials.
• If you or your guests do not wish to appear, you must notify Amuri in writing prior to the event.

8) SMS & Email Communications
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receiving communications related to your inquiry, booking, or services via email or SMS.

• Marketing communications are sent only if you opt in.
• You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• Message and data rates may apply.

9) Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, images, logos, designs, recipes, and materials are the intellectual property of Amuri – Cucina Italiana. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

10) Website Use

• Attempt to disrupt site security or functionality.

Amuri shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.

13) Limitation of Liability

• Amuri shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amuri – Cucina Italiana from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or misconduct.

15) Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
